First choice for these accommodations will be given to second year students, or students who are 19 years and older before the move-in date.

· Fully furnished four-bedroom apartments with living room, bedroom and kitchen furniture and appliances.
· Two bathrooms per apartment
· Wireless internet access
· Cable, phone and internet outlets for optional services purchased by the student
· Co-ed apartments with two males and two female students, unless the names of room-mates are specified on the housing application
· Coin operated laundry facilities with irons and ironing boards in the nearby Community Centre building
