Vancouver Island University offers three types of student residences:

· Traditional Residences: Morden Hall and Dunsmuir House

· Residence Houses: Ladysmith, Cowichan, Qualium, Powell River and Nanoose Houses

· Apartment Style Residences: Duncan and Parksville Houses

Accommodation for students with disabilities is available in most housing types.
